The resistance strain gauge has the characteristics of high precision,good stability and anti-fatigue,which has been used in the field of automatic detection and control industry widely.With the rapid development of the electronic measurement technology,the market has put forward higher requirements for the quality and quantity of electrometrical products.In this paper,we designed a set of resistance strain gauge automatic processing system for resistance measurement,cutting and sorting according to the technical status of electric products production enterprises.The following work has been finished:First,we put forward the overall design scheme on the basis of the technical requirements.After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several drive style,we choose the pneumatic drive as the transmission mechanism.According to the features of each module,we designed the mechanical structure of each module,and described the working principle of the whole system.Secondly,we designed the overall structure of the multifunctional automatic processing system of resistance strain gauge,and analyzed the control circuit of the whole system.This system is mainly divided into two-coordinate moving worktable module,measurement module,cutting module and sorting module.Because the resistance strain gauge possesses the characteristics of easy to wear,light weight,small size and so on,we used vacuum adsorption to realize the fixation and handling of resistance strain gauge in the experiment.In the measurement module,in order to realize the measurement of a large array of resistance strain gauge fast,this system used a large array probe at the same time,realized the way of time-division multiplexing measured on each channel through multi-channel switching circuit.In the cutting module,we designed a strain gauge adsorption positioning device by using adsorption and side pressure fixed resistance strain gauge.We achieved the accurate cutting of large array resistance strain gauges by employing the principle of ultra-thin blade cutting fast and two-coordinate moving worktable with high positioning accuracy.In the sorting module,the resistance strain gauge of high efficiency and quick separation were realized according to the measurement results and the position relation of each strain gauge,combined with the sorting adsorption head.Then,we choose LabVIEW as the development platform of the control software,carried out researches and develops to the control software and user interface of each module separately.We called the dynamic link library provided by MPC08 motion control card driver on LabVIEW platform,and realized the motion control of two-coordinate moving worktable at the same time.According to the logic timing relationship of the motion mechanism,we used NI6509 digital I/O control card,on the one hand to control the performing framework,on the other hand to control the multi-channel switching circuit.What’s more,we used the Keithley 2000 digital multimeter to measure the resistance of each channel,and the measurement data was uploaded to the PC to save,eventually we realized the resistance measurement and cutting a large array of strain gauge.The PC will measure the results by comparing with the separation standard,and carry on the classification of each piece of resistance strain gauge,according to the classification results,the PC controlls solenoid valve,the resistance strain gauge is placed in different levels in the sorting box through the NI6509 digital I/O control card and a latch circuit,realized the classification of strain gauge eventually.Finally,we analyzed the error of the system and put forward the corresponding error handling methods.The experimental data showed that the resistance measurement error of strain gauge is less than ±0.01? on the basis of experimental test to the prototype,the edge of the resistance strain gauge has a margin.The prototype system can meet the technical requirements.The strain gauge multifunctional system not only realizes the transformation from manual operation to automation equipment,but also improves the quality and production efficiency greatly,reduces labor costs,enhances the competitiveness of enterprises,achieves higher economic benefits in turn.
