Study On Evaluation Of Human Settlements' Quality In Urumqi

The paper discusses human settlements'basic theory, principle, appraisal content, appraisal method as well as technical route. Based on it, in view of Urumqi urban realistic characteristic, take sustainable development theory as basic instruction theory, from "person" the angle beginning, the writer constructs index system about assessment of Urumqi urban human settlements'quality. By coefficient of variation to analyze human settlements'subsystem in Urumqi urban, the result demonstrates that coefficient of variation in economic environment and social environment are high, however habitation environment is less. That is to say that enhancement in the economic environment and the social environment is very quick, but the growth in habitation environment is slow. The conclusion is that coordination degree of human settlements'subsystem in Urumqi city is not high by harmonizing index analysis. We should regulate and control in time, and make human settlements'quality in Urumqi rise step-by-step.By correlation analysis between the human settlements synthesis quality and the subsystem, it demonstrates the leading factors affect the human settlements synthesis quality are the economic environment subsystem and the social environment subsystem.Through the urbanized level generalized to analyze, the writer obtains the relation between urbanization and human settlements in Urumqi city and sets up simple mathematic model .Then using the time correlation analysis to occupy the human settlements and urbanization development are in the synchronization.By urban environment entropy model to analyze urbanization's impact to human settlements, the result shows that urbanization advances fast the development for the regional economy, traffic and so on.
