In recent years,as the people’s requirements for the materials are getting higher and higher,the cold chain logistics industry,which integrates the production,transportation,storage and distribution,has attracted much attention.As an important link of the cold chain logistics transportation,storage and distribution,the different operation capacity of low temperature warehouse affects the operation efficiency of the whole logistics system.Therefore,it is of great significance to enhance the industrial competitiveness to strengthen the cold storage management,reasonably plan the facilities and equipment,and improve the operation efficiency.the method of combining the numerical analysis and simulation modeling is adopted by this paper,the simulation modeling research on the facility configuration of low temperature warehouse is conducted.Combined with the simulation experiment results,a reasonable facility configuration scheme is put forward,some references are provided for the enterprise decisionmaking.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Combing with the characteristics of the low temperature warehouse and the operation process,studies the related theory of low temperature warehouse system modeling has been studied,the probability distribution is taken as the model input data,the inventory system is taken as the theory basis of low temperature warehouse,by use of the method of combining the simulation of discrete event system and the simulation based on the intelligent body,the configuration of the low temperature warehouse facility is simulated and modeled.(2)Taking the low temperature warehouse in the urban distribution center of Tieyue group as an practical example,the overall layout and facility configuration status of the low temperature warehouse have been analyzed,the performance indicator of the low temperature warehouse system has been proposed,the input modeling for the quantity of goods in different categories and the arrival time interval of goods has been conducted,and the simplification and hypothesis of the low temperature warehouse model have been proposed.(3)Based on the Anylogic simulation software platform,the physical model and logical model of low temperature warehouse have been established.According to the current situation of facility configuration of low temperature warehouse in the urban distribution center of Tieyue group,the corresponding facility configuration method has been set on the simulation model,and the performance indicator data of the storage system have been calculated and output.(4)On the basis of the verification of the simulation model of low temperature warehouse,it has been concluded by the analysis that the current low temperature warehouse has the problems such as the insufficient number of personnel and the uneven operation efficiency and so on in the personnel and equipment configuration.Therefore,the forklift configuration experiment based on the number of staff groups has been created,the experimental results have shown that in the three types of work involved in operating in the low temperature warehouse,the working efficiency of loading and unloading personnel is generally high,and the number of whole staff groups involved in the operation is low,which led s to the phenomenon of waiting for loading and unloading of trucks,and the suggestions for the improvement have been put forward.
