Supersonic jet is a fairly significant technical approach of doing research in the fields of molecular spectrum, photolysis, chemical dynamics, and new material preparation, etc. Its combination with some other techniques has become a broadly applied, important tool of physical and chemical research.Presently one of the simple, effective as well as essential method to find out the organism of chemical reaction and molecular spectrum is to combine the pulsed DC discharge and pulsed jets together to obtain the fluorescent spectrum, thus to study free radicals' spectrum and structure. In the structural frame of the laser spectrometer for supersonic jets, this passage demonstrates a design of electronics system and control software, and with the techniques of virtual instrument, realizes the automation of instrumental control and spectral data collection software.On the aspect of the design of electronics system, this passage analyzes the requirement of the experiment to pulsed discharge system. And concerning the need of keeping the system safe and cutting down segments like crosstalk between instruments as many as possible, designed a set of high voltage pulsed generator which can send pulse that can change their range, width and delay conveniently. Then we construct a data collecting system based on PXI-bus virtual instrument, which combines both the features of spectrum signals tested and the aim performance of signal collecting systems.On the aspect of the design of control software, the thesis introduces the advantage of LabView in Test-Control software programming. In order to reach the demands of control software applying to the issue, the paper make use of the VISA and NI-Scope provided by LabView, design the software of adjusting the current of laser and collecting the data.The electronics system and control software of the spectrometer has been used in jets' spectral experiment and ran stably. The result of experiment was good. The system reached the exception of our design basically. In the future, we can get further improves in EMI, PCB layout and structure of software.
