Design And Application Of New Transformer Monitor Based On UClinux

The paper mainly explains the design of the new transformer monitor and its application in power system.The new monitor is used in the transformer in power system. The paper begins with the market investigation. Then analyze the market demands, the current method and the market environment of the product to confirm its technical performance index, further to estimate its research value and feasibility.Base on the products' performance index, the demands of economical efficiency, the investigation and the status of our company, this paper compares some prevalent product of other companies choosing software platform, hardware platform and exploit environment. I use MK910(Monkey King 910) in KEHUI as hard platform and uClinux as system's soft platform, to endow it with good application foreground, steady capability, perfect communication mechanism among courses, good omit-ability, abundant data, good exploit environment, low cost etc, so to reduce the difficulty of exploitation and the design period.And I use the object-oriented design method, data centered soft structure and interface logarithm to realize the data reading and writing operation, design uniform course, simplify module design, and design object oriented tools to realize humane configure flow, to make configuration of learning and usage easier. So I can produce the product with good structure, good stability, low price, good expandability and it's also easily to repair.The success of my design will give people a new monitor in power automatic system, and provide the electrical power supply departments with powerfull tools to improve their power supply quality and analyze the electricity usage status. At the same time, fills the product vacant of our company, create good developing foundation, full of preferable economical value and use value.
