| With the development of high-speed railway, traction substation changing the direction of automation and figure gradually. Many substation functions were transferred to process level to implement, after IEC61850 standard proposed. How to design a new generation of traction power supply system digital protection device has a very important role on the improvement of the overall system performance. Traction transformer is the most important electrical equipment of traction substation. Also traction transformer protection device is the foundation of safe and stable traction power supply system.The paper study on maintenance extension and real-time two aspects of the existing digital protection devices software, and upgrade software of traction power supply transformer protection. RTOS (Real-Time Operator System) is a good solution to response timely, eases system maintenance and secondary development program reliability.The study is about software of traction power supply transformer protection device.Firstly, transformer protection principle and algorithm of traction power supply system are introduced. In case of switching equipment or adverse impacts, current and voltage signals often contains a magnitude decaying DC aperiodic component in addition to rich harmonics, caused the misaction of protection. A modified AC sampling algorithm proposed to correct sampled data. Application of the correction algorithm can reduce the traction power supply transformer protection software malfunction probability and improve software stability performance. The simulation results testified effectiveness of the algorithm.Secondly, according to the characteristics of VxWorks, I/O functions, internal functions, task cohesion, task priority and other construction principles, the traction power supply transformer protection tasks division scheme designed. Software was developed based on the division of tasks. A software simulation system and virtual platform were built at last.Finally, the relevant parameters of transformer protection software are setted based on one of high-speed railway traction substations of the traction power supply system. The software test under the normal circumstances, fault condition and the interference. The results show that traction power supply transformer protection software is stable. |
