Abstract/Summary:
Many cities in our country are preparing for the urban rail transit project, but there is no a unification method to solve the problem how to select a proper system of urban rail transit and appraise the technical possibility and the economical rationality of the project which is based on the situation of our country and the specific situation of a city. to research the influence of regional economy on the urban rail-transit and account its economic benefits is a important work to judge the rationality of the project. It can avoid fire into the wrong flock when making decision and the huge loss of economic, and the author hope to provide a certain gist to decision-makers on the feasibility of building the urban rail transit.Project of building urban rail-traffic has on regional economy from the perspective of its economical benefits, and the thesis also discusses this kind of economical benefits in three aspects: the analysis of input-benefit through the method of input-output investment multiplier; the analysis of land-increment, that is, the major part of the benefits induced from building urban rail-traffic by setting up real estate-increment model,choose the major factor which has big influence on property value by Grey Relation Analysis, so we can build a more exactitude model ; the separation of the economical benefits resulted from the building of urban rail-traffic by building the model of neo-classical economic increment.In the end, the author made a case analysis of the models based on the data of the 2nd light-rail in Chongqing, and thus got part of the economic benefits brought since the construction of the 2nd light-rail.
