To remain competitive power in the global market and cater for customers' demands of high quality and low cost products, modern industries have been changing into running a multi-specification and small-batch production mode, which causes the negative factors influencing quality of products considerably and increases the difficulties of process quality control greatly. Therefore, research on process quality control methods and process quality control system has become current focuses.This article carries out research on process quality control system based on workshop information integration, which on the basis of analyzing the domestic and international research and application aims at outstanding problems that discrete manufacturing enterprise face in process quality control under the complicated and changeful manufacturing environment. There is the main research work below:1. On the foundation of the research of the correlative theory of process quality control system based on workshop information integration, the article discusses the relationship between process quality control and volume flexibility; on the basis of discusses the methods of processes quality control, it puts forward a new method of process quality control facing multi-specification and small-batch production.2. The importance of the information of process quality control has been researched; according to the basic principles of information classified and S95 standards, the article classifies information of process quality control on application level and describes information of process quality control combining S95 standards.3. The process quality control system has been designed; on the basis of construction of system structure and function model of process quality control system, a network platform for this system is built to achieve real-time information collection, transmission and communion. At the same time, an experiment of building a network is carried on.4. On the basis of previous research findings, the method of realizing system function has been provided, and the process quality dynamic control operation model has been put forward. The way to realizing the methods of dynamic processes quality control has been researched and testified by the instances. |
