Research On Internal Control Information Quality Of Listed Companies In Medical Device Industry

Internal control information is important non-financial information that can influence stakeholder decisions in addition to financial information,and the quality of its information has also received increasing attention.After the introduction of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act,China has also strengthened its attention to the quality of internal control information of listed companies in China in terms of institutional norms.Since then,in China’s capital market,the quality of internal control information of listed companies has gradually improved,but at the same time a series of information quality problems still exist.The general characteristics of companies in the medical device industry are high technology,high growth,and high risk.Investors have higher requirements for their internal control and risk management capabilities.Therefore,the quality problems appearing in the internal control information of listed companies in the medical device industry are deeply explored,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and methods and suggestions on how to improve the quality of their internal control information are proposed.To improve the internal control and external of listed companies in the industry Internal control information quality control at the regulatory level has certain reference and reference significance.This article selects the 2017 medical device industry leader Chinasun Pharmaceutical Machinery Co.,Ltd.that was issued a negative opinion internal control certification report as a sample.Based on a large amount of literature and comparison with relevant domestic and foreign research results,it uses case study methods,qualitative analysis methods,and quantitative analysis.Method,through the examination of the existing data,to obtain the status quo of the quality of internal control information for the industry and the company,and to further analyze the problems and reasons of the quality of the internal control information,and finally give corresponding improvement opinions based on the research results.The research content of this paper is composed of the following six parts:Chapter One introduces the research background,ideas and framework,explains the main research methods used in this article and the innovations of this article;Chapter II introduces the relevant theoretical basis of the research on the quality of internal control information The related research results of the predecessors are summarized.Chapter 3 analyzes the information quality role and system standards of internal control of listed companies in China through related theories.Chapter 4 shows the internal control of listed companies in China’s medical device industry in recent years through information entropy models.The quality of self-disclosure,and the gray correlation model is used to analyze and deconstruct the internal control information quality of listed companies in the medical device industry and its influencing factors;Chapter 5 takes Chinasun Pharmaceutical Machinery Co.,Ltd.as a typical case and its internal control information quality The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the quality defects of the current situation and its causes are explored;Chapter 6 gives the corresponding conclusions and suggestions for improvement.The contributions of this paper are mainly in the following two aspects:1)This paper applies the information entropy model and gray correlation model that have been gradually accepted and applied in the research field of company internal control efficiency and quality in the research on the quality of internal control information of listed companies.The model is applied to the research of internal control information quality of individual industries and individual companies.2)This paper combines empirical research and case studies to explore the internal control information quality of listed companies in China’s medical device industry through the improved internal control information quality index,and uses typical cases as evidence to verify the quality of the internal control information of the industry.The actual problems and causes are further discussed in depth,echoing and embodying the results of empirical research.
