As the core of the smart grid,smart substation has the characteristics with intelligent equipment,fully covered information,data networking and other features.With high-speed development in recent years,nowadays,China has built over 2000 smart substations and it has become a technology leader of smart substation.However,with the development and application of intelligent substation technology,it also reveals a series of problems.First,smart substation deployment at current stage mainly focuses on the new equipment technology,More attention are paid to new equipment,intelligent functions and other applications,but seldom research on the automation architecture,data acquisition and processing methods,transmission reliability,operation organization mode and system integration,collaborative application,which are adaptive to these new techniques.It puts sands in the wheels of reliable operation and high efficiency maintenance of the smart substation.Second,the substantial benefits,in terms of the substation operation and maintenance,power grid security and reliability,are not significant when they come with the implementation of the smart substation project.Third,the integration of data information is not enough,and it requires to carry out big data mining for further value,to achieve "one-stop" intelligent operation and maintenance which is capable of covering power grid monitoring,equipment monitoring,and operation management of the substation-wide business.The key issue lies in the intelligent substation data information process control and integration applications,while deepening research is asked to carried out in terms of data acquisition,transmission,integration and application.This paper,taking account for data control needs of smart substation,aims to improve the control level of data and information process of smart substation,enhance the information integration ability and improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of substation.Merging unit synchronization and data verification problem is studied,secondary system state estimation model is drawn.A substation defect data detection and fault diagnosis based on the secondary system state estimation is proposed.Moreover,a intelligent alarm method based on the classification of the reference information and its reasoning is also proposed.The substation cockpit is used as data information control and application integration.The engineering applications are discussed in detail.The main work include:(1)The working mechanism of synchronous components is analyzed,and the synchronization timing method and false synchronization mechanism of the merging unit are proposed.The corresponding improvement method is put forward to avoid the occurrence of false synchronization.At the same time,the information acquisition and data verification technology of the merging unit are optimized,and a series of improvements are made to the traditional double A / D sampling technology,and the double AD sampling comparison criterion is proposed.In this chapter,accounting for the research on the current situation of the merged unit is helpful to improve the synchronization and accuracy of data acquisition,and can provide accurate data for smart substation applications.(2)Based on the system state estimation and analysis method,the intelligent substation is deeply analyzed in terms of configuration redundancy and propagation redundancy,which is highlighted by the information sharing feature.The existing substation heterogeneous data source is integrated,and the data redundancy association is taken account in creating the connectivity relationship among the secondary equipment of substation,while reflecting the constraint relation among state characteristic quantity of the secondary system.Then,control and management method based on technical means such as substation secondary system state estimation method and bad data identification is proposed.In addition,information redundancy based secondary system state estimation method and its bad data identification method are proposed,which provides a new method for the state description and estimation of the secondary system of smart substation and has been verified by an example.The quantitative analysis mechanism of data transmission process of smart substation is put forward,which is the theoretical tool to enhance the transmission reliability.(3)Considering the lack of effective classification and integration for the current smart substation alarm information,regardless of the priority and it turns out to be a large number of alarm submerging core information of the situation.This chapter gives intelligent alarm ideas.First,according to the priorities of warning information,it proposes the baseline information concept in terms of same object and same priority,to co-ordinate the intelligent alarm reasoning object.Then,according to the inherent logic of the alarm information,a single reasoning and association reasoning rule and its related reasoning templates are proposed to extract the core content of the alarm information and improve the alarm compression ratio.The benchmark information is then able to,through a single reasoning template and associated template which match in accordance with the reasoning template,set logical reasoning to form intelligence alarm which has high compression ratio and reasonable content.(4)Based on the structure of the substation cockpit,the logical structure,the overall structure and the data flow of the cockpit of the substation are analyzed.On this basis,the scheme of data integration of intelligent substation is put forward,and the practical application is carried out.The effectiveness and superiority of the technical scheme are verified.The research results and engineering application,namely “Research and application of key technology of substation intelligent based on data process control and coordination”,was granted the first prize by China Electric Power Science and Technology Progress Award.The author of this article is the first person to complete the project.
