Process Information System Integration Of Assembly Parts Based On MBD

With the rapid development of manufacturing information management and digital design and manufacturing technology is widely used. Enterprises not only to ensure that the accuracy of information collection in the production process of product assembly,also put forward higher requirements on product assembly-related information management. From these two aspects, based on the development of MBD technology and workshop management system, for the defects of production management in military enterprises , how to effectively integrate MBD information system into the workshop management system and achieve workshop paperless is an urgent problem to be solved.The purpose of this article is to establish an integrated process information management system about assembly parts which based on MBD. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and development status of domestic and foreign research of MBD. It has explained the main contents and significance of the study. The related theories of management system integration and the main techniques used in the integrated system are analyzed and summarized. MBD technology used into the management system, which provides a new idea for guiding the assembly production.Secondly, Framework and function modules of the MBD information system is designed and established, which take advantage of UG secondary development technology and based on the information contained in the three-dimensional model of product assembly parts. According to the MBD process information system, the corresponding module is designed and developed in the workshop management system,and the assembly process information management module is established. Design the establishment of relevant databases which to store assembly information.Finally, It has integrated MBD information system into the workshop management system by using the relevant knowledge, to realize the integration of process information system based on MBD assembly parts. In the integrated management system, you could view the process information and video related assembly parts that guides people to assemble products. To achieve assembly of paperless production and assembly visualization, that improves production efficiency.
