Life Cycle Management To High-power Microwave Weapon

In order to reduce the risk, we have to make full use of advanced management ideas to blueprint the development of the high-power microwave weapon. On the base of the weapon's life cycle management concept, this paper analyses high-power microwave weapon's life cycle management in terms of system factors. And the research method for high-power microwave weapon's life cycle cost management is perspicuous by the introduction of life cycle cost estimation method and the cost-effectiveness relation. Finally, the high-power microwave weapon's life cycle management in every stage on the restriction of system statute active is analyzed briefly; those provide reference for the development of high-power microwave weapon.
