| The fault recorder is one of main equipment which provides information for the electrical power system carring on each kind of state analysis. It has the important practical significance for the movement person to prevent and process breakdown. According to the data from fault recorder can analyse every movement rule of normal or malfunction state which get from the electrical power system.The article firstly introduced the function of fault recorder and the development situation of domestic and foreign fault recorder, analyzed some good and bad points of existing fault recorder and introduced its development tendency. The article designed one kind of embedded type fault recorder which can satisfy the need of distributional electrical network fault recorder system according to the need of development, its main function is data acquisition, start judgement, data storage and upward transmit and network correspondence etc. It suits to record the breakdown wave of the 220kV ~500kV voltage rank electrical power system. Its biggest difference with the present domestic fault recorder is that it could take as an independent unit to realize start judgement, data processing and data storage, transmission, and so on. It has overcomed one shortcoming of modern fault recorder which has strong dependence on backstage machine and expanded a 40G harddisk outside the system so that have large memory capacity and can't cause the data missing because of the capacity insufficiency or transferrate question.The core system installment takes SAMSUNG company's S3C2410 as the main controller, its high speed operation ability and the formidable data-handling capacity has been used fully. The article designed the corresponding hardware circuit and software. The system uses embedded type operating system Windows CE and transplanted Windows CE operating system on the development board triumphantly. It has done the research on the breakdown start judgement algorithm in the article and introduced one new frequency measurement method with more emphasis. Finally, author compiled software of upper machine with Visual Basic 6.0 language which could realize some basic function of long-distance monitoring as well as backstage analysis. |
