| Logger is a very important secondary instrument in production automation systems,which is used to detect and record the industrial data.Multi-functional paperless recoder has the advantage of simple,low cost,powerful,large storage capacity,etc.S3C2410 microprocessor,one of ARM9 Series,Windows CE operating system and large-capacity Flash chips are used in this Multifunctional paperless recorder system.The main research topics are recorder hardware design, WinCE operating system transplant, driver development and application development.The specific content includes:Firstly,design of Multifunctional paperless recorder systems and structure. Secondly,hardware circuit design of the recorder system is presented in this thesis.Selecting chips used in the recorder system,Designing various parts of the circuit,Drawing PCB is the main work.Circuit design for the application of different input signals,using universal input circuit design method.Thirdly,the porting job of Embedded operating system is introduced in this paper.Key drivers and T9 input mothod are added to the kernel of WinCE System.According to the specific requirements of logger, selecting the appropriate module, remove the module which does not need as much as possible, so that kernel is the smallest.After Compiling and debugging the system,programme into the flash.Fourthly,Application software design id presented in this theis.Application software design mainly include data sampling, display, data storage, etc.In user interface design, a good man-machine interface is needed to easy to operate as far as possible.Finally,Research of Algorithm is also my job.PCA and KPCA algorithm will be added to the multi-purpose paperless recorder system, so the system can analyse the data obtained and diagnose the fault. |
