Research Of Kunming Modern Space Environment In Commercial Architecture For Leisure Consumption

Globalization makes not only getting closer between countries in trade, but also getting the same trend in culture. And the style of life and social structure are changing the architecture. In China, this kind of change is more obviousness. Today, there are so many people facing the third upgrade of the consumption structure. They need less time to work compare with the industrial stage. They have more interest in many aspects and so many spare time to make them free. Consumption pattern are turned to be leisure consumption. People begin to more concern about the sign value, cultural spirit, image value and consumption experience (including process of consumption, environment of consumption, etc.) of the consumables than before. People's consumer behavior is more individuation, style, convenient and leisure now.Then, people attach more importance to the planning and design of modern commercial architecture which load a series of the behavior of leisure Consumption. Because the consumption places are related to people's daily life, such as shopping, catering sector, entertainments. The consumption place's level of one city is thought to be the symbol that whether the city is prosperity or not. This article is focused on how to consider the people's desire, provide outdoors space and express more meanings in architecture.In this article, I have selected three places as examples in Kunming, which are leisure shopping centers, catering sector and entertainments, to discuss the design technique of planning and design, the style of outdoors space, the shape of spatial environment. It is my final goal that build nicer urban space environment, create vivid feature of architecture and pleasant leisure consumption place. I have introduced the features of leisure consumption place too. Commercial architecture for leisure consumption is similar to other kinds of architecture in design technique. But they are still have some unique aspects to be thought carefully about, such as organizing local traffic, planning the style of outdoors space, designing the atmosphere of leisure commerce. Only to do like that, it will provide the city with high grade and quality. And still hold its character of the architecture.
