Study On Choicing The Mode Of Store And Transport Of Dangerous Chemical Materials Based On AHP And Reconstructing Strategy

Dangerous chemical materials are widely used in modern social production and life, but most of dangerous chemical materials have dangerous character, such as flammable,explosive,erodible,nocuous and so on, which can easily make harm to society,environment,personnel and equipment during producing, storing, loading or unloading and transporting them, so it can bring high profit from storing or transporting them. This thesis uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), by analysing the factors on every hierarchy which influence the analytic result whether the mode of store and transport of dangerous chemical materials is more advanced or not, to get more advanced managing mode which can get higher appraisement to economy society and environment. At the same time, this thesis also puts forward the improved strategies and means of manage,technic,policy and so on, which can make corporations of store and transport dangerous chemical materials to have higher efficiency,safer and more environment protection, by analysing the example in fact that corporations of store and transport dangerous chemical materials, presently, have rafferty,low efficiency management and frequently brake out unsafe accident, and by taking into account the managing methods of modern third party logistics corporations and that corporations must comply the rules of law,industrial standards of dangerous chemical materials during transporting,storing and loading or unloading them. Lastly, a flat of Management Information System(MIS) fitting corporations of store and transport dangerous chemical materials in our state, which is based on the Management Information System of third party logistics and take into account the characteristic and commonness of store and transport dangerous chemical materials.
