| Railway is the main artery of the national economy and plays an important role in the comprehensive transportation system.In recent years,the railway has achieved leapfrog development,ensuring the smooth operation of the national economy and people’s production and living needs,but freight development has stagnated,and even worse.In the railway freight volume decline at the same time,the whole society is more substantial growth in logistics.Since the reform and opening up,the volume of China’s railway freight traffic has dropped from less than one-fifth of the total social logistics volume to less than one-tenth,and the volume of railway freight traffic even dropped from nearly 50%to less than 15%.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,on the basis of relevant theoretical studies in China,the status quo of the whole-process logistics model of similar logistics enterprises both at home and abroad is investigated.By combing the theoretical methods of logistics engineering,railway freight transport,container and multi-modal transport,the relevant theoretical basis for the follow-up research is laid.Secondly,it introduces in detail the implementation status of the "door to door"whole logistics mode of Shenyang Railway Administration,constructs the index system of the whole-process logistics service evaluation and evaluates the "door to door" whole-process logistics service of Shenyang Railway Bureau by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;Based on the description and the evaluation results of the status quo,it is analyzed that there are four problems in the"door-to-door" whole-process logistics model of Shenyang Railway Bureau:the first is the integration issues with external means of transport;the second is the problem of transportation pricing;the third is the information problems facing;the fourth is the problem of terminal service quality.Finally,the corresponding improvements is proposed for the above four aspects.Including the development of multi-modal transport based on container transport;the establishment of different pricing schemes for the three phases of "station to station","door to station" and "station to door";and the application of internet of things technology to transform and upgrade the existing railway freight information platform,based on this,it builds the entire logistics information ecosystem;as well as the development of logistics alliance and third-party logistics,and based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish a set of third-party logistics selection model.As the largest railway bureau subordinate to China Railway Corporation,Shenyang Railway Bureau shoulders a major mission in the current freight reform.Through the above research,this paper aims to provide a reference for Shenyang Railway Bureau to carry out "door-to-door" whole-process logistics,improve customer service level and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the increasingly competitive freight market. |
