With the industries of petroleum、petrochemical、coal and chemical rapid developing inChina, the requirements of variety and quantity of dangerous chemicals are increasing sharply.Social production and people’s living demand are increasing day by day. So transportations anddeliveries of dangerous chemical expand gradually which was acted as the living necessities andimportant chemical raw materials. While, once appeared accidents in the production oftransportations and deliveries which were considered as typical event with “low probability andSerious consequences” factors, it would make severely effects on environmental, life andproperty loss. Therefore, this dissertation studied the dangerous chemical logistics, andexpounded its concepts, characteristics and classifications.Logistics integrate into the procurement of raw materials, production, sales and otheractivities. Green logistics are from the principles of environmental protection and resourceconservation as the starting point, to realize the sustainable development goal of green logistics.the dissertation based on the connotation of green logistics, characteristic analysis of greenlogistics, and correlation theory of the green logistics evaluation system, to analyze and study theconstruction of green logistics′evaluation system by taking a full consideration of the safety andrisk.The dissertation adopted the method of combining qualitative and quantitative. By usingexpert scoring method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), to determine the evaluation indexweight of green logistics, and to comprehensive evaluation for the green logistics level.The dissertation used Wan Jiang shipping as the research object, comprehensive evaluationfor the dangerous chemical of green logistics, it will help people to further understand for thedangerous chemical of green logistics. Meanwhile, the society and enterprise will pay moreattention to the dangerous chemical of green logistics, and also hope it contribute to furtherimprove and enrich for the dangerous chemical logistics.
