The future passenger transport system of metropolitan is this model: while the rapid rail transit plays a backbone role, general bus is the principal part, and complimented with private transport model. The critical factor to solve the passenger transport problem is how to establish more competitive public transportation system tha private model.Firstly, the theory of integration of rail and bus transit was studied. Combinated with the urban master plan, analysis the two characters, With the study on the characteristics of city tenor,city economic developing,economic globally and the characteristics of market economy, studied the passenger flow forming mechanism. The influential area of railway station was studied. Surveyed the time difference among"walk+rail","walk+bus", a model was set up and its algorithm was given, finally the different type station area, transfer and middle station were given.The urban railway hub location theory was studied. Firstly it researched the general method of the hub location, and model for minitype hub. The station layout of the metropolitan rail transit was also studied. According to the analyzing of the trip riding rail transit, the model which was used for harmonizing rail transit station layout is deduced on the basis of the trip time minimum principle. These models established on the basis of analyzing the trip were useful for rail transit hub planning.The transfer and feeder of the rail transit hub were studied. The meaning and trend of the typical transfer rail transit system were analyzed. Based on the research of the principle and the effect factors, the joint patterns between rail transit lines and general bus modes are summarized. The model of the feeder transit system planning and design of rail transit lines are brought forward.The feeder bus plan was studied. Feeder bus played the dominant role to feed railway transportation passengers, consisted of the"railway-feeder bus"system with mass rail transit. Feeder bus belongs to the general bus system too. This paper brought the dispersion express method, then imported the coding manner, set up the mode with the optimization of user consume and manager consumer, furthermore used the Genetic Algorithm to search feeder bus route.
