Research On Networking Of VTS

Nowadays VTS systems in china are isolated from other information systems, VTS is weak at data collection, it shows a lot of limitations that Chinese VTS (Vessel Traffic Service) systems function alone. In recent years, a lot of researches were carried out in order to sharing the data and improving the information services of VTS.The paper also focuses on research about networking of VTS distributed System.With the J2EE technology and the character of Chinese VTS systems, this paper researches the scheme of VTS systems information networking based on J2EE. This research is based on the need of VTS applications. It has studied as follow:1. It has analyzed the character of Chinese VTS systems. As far as heterogeneous trouble is concern, the paper solves it by Middleware Technology of distributed computing.2. It compares distributed computing technologies. Because of the J2EE's superiority in VTS field, it has adopted the scheme of VTS systems information networking based on J2EE.3. It studys in detail the information categories and the types of information exchange, and analyzes the disadvantages of Standard of VTS Information in China, and puts forward new Standard of VTS Information based on XML.4. It designes software interfaces of the distributed VTS system,and does experiment on PC to testify and verifythe feasibility of the VTS information's exchange through J2EE.5. It studies the balancing of VTS distributed system in order to make the efficency and stability of VTS distributed system better.Based on these researches, the paper provides technological bases to realize Chinese VTS systems' information networking as soon as possible.
