With the continuous advancement of the power system reform and the continuous expansion of the marketization scale,combined with the local power system reform promotion plan and the actual situation of the power industry,it is necessary to carry out a new design and research and development of the information release business function,and further develop the power market transaction information release business.Each link provides a complete trading system with complete design,complete functions,advanced technology and reliable operation to support the development of the market,scientific trading rules,standardized execution process,efficient business processes,and better service to the main members of the market(Including power plants,large users,power sales companies,etc.),improve the quality of service of power trading institutions,and better maintain the power market order.This thesis investigates the status quo and information release business of the Sichuan power market,analyzes the actual needs of the regulatory agencies and market entities for the information publishing business,and records the specific work processes and work steps of the information release.Taking the development trend of power market information release and the main existing problems as the main research lines,the paper analyzes the difficulties in the development of information release system,and proposes reasonable solutions and development goals for the existing problems.Firstly,the research on the development status of information dissemination system and related technologies at home and abroad is carried out.Combined with the actual situation of the power grid company,the current situation of low information system and low multi-source data processing capability is obtained.Secondly,according to the status quo of the problem,the requirements of the system designed in this thesis are analyzed.The technical,economic and operational feasibility are analyzed in detail.At the same time,the functional,non-functional requirements and related technical principles are analyzed in detail.Then based on the demand analysis,the overall technical route of the system is obtained.Under the Linux,the overall scheme of the ETL-based multi-source heterogeneous data integration technology architecture is proposed.The overall scheme of the system is analyzed in detail from the functional structure and database.With the design,four key modules of system management,article management,user interaction and data acquisition are formed,and the four modules are analyzed and designed in detail,which solves the problem of release system security and multi-source data processing and utilization.The J2 EE development technology is used to implement various functions of the system,and data storage is performed through the Oracle database.After the system is developed,it is published and verified by weblogic middleware.It is tested from four functions: system management,article information review and release,information reporting and data acquisition.The results show that the system runs successfully and the test is qualified.The system can successfully implement information release,article review,rights management,data interface management and user interaction,and solve the problem of release system security and multi-source data processing and utilization,and the system interface is simple,the operation buttons are clear and clear,and the system interaction is strong.Can be well applied to the electricity trading market.
