| With the development of aviation industry,more and more simulation components are involved in aircraft distributed simulation.How to ensure that the simulation components with heterogeneous characteristics can carry out high-quality data interaction becomes increasingly prominent.In this context,this paper studies the heterogeneous network fusion technology in aircraft distributed simulation.Taking the avionics relay system and distributed simulation platform with obvious heterogeneous characteristics as examples,the heterogeneous network fusion architecture is designed,and the data synchronization in the process of collaborative simulation is optimized.Firstly,the overall architecture of heterogeneous network integration for aircraft distributed simulation is designed.This paper analyzes the requirements and architecture of heterogeneous network integration,selects DDS as middleware,and designs a loosely coupled architecture of heterogeneous network.Secondly,the cooperative simulation interface between avionics relay system and distributed simulation platform is designed on the basis of the existing one,which realizes the interconnection,interworking and data sharing;Aiming at the problem that heterogeneous systems adopt different communication protocols and have different data formats,a middleware adapter component is designed and implemented by using XML technology to solve the problem of parameter conversion between heterogeneous data.Then,after realizing interconnection,interworking and data fusion,this paper analyzes the problem of data synchronization caused by inconsistent simulation speed in the process of collaborative simulation,and puts forward the optimization method of combining simulation data buffering with data prediction using grey model.Finally,the optimization method and fusion effect are verified.The experimental results show that the simulation data prediction based on grey model has a good optimization effect on data synchronization,and can accelerate the simulation while ensuring the data accuracy;The loosely coupled architecture of heterogeneous network based on data distribution service realizes the interconnection and interworking between avionics relay system and distributed simulation platform.In the process of data sharing,middleware adapter components can be called to convert the parameters of heterogeneous data to realize heterogeneous data fusion. |
