| The reservoir characteristic water level choice is a complicated system engineering, which concerns water resource arrangement, water-power regulation and reservoir operation, etc. theoretical knowledge. Its decision should be compared with multi-program considering of politic, technology, ecology and other aspects. Based on analysis of the current study status of water resource optimal arrangement and reservoir characteristic water level choice, combined with the fact of multi-purpose, multi-water resources and multi-project in Yerqiang river basin, considered water demand of ecology, irrigation and power department, the water resource optimal arrangement model and its solving methods is established in this paper. The characteristic water level of Aertashi is chosen with different method. The benefit of economy, ecology and others aspects are analysied after building Aertashi hydro-project. This result may provide scientific gist for water resource arrangement of Yerqiang river basin and Aertashi resevoir design.The main research content and results are as follows:(1) After analysis water demand of society, economy, ecology environment and others, the principle of water resource arrangement in Yerqiang river basin is put forward, the model of water resource optimal arrangement is established ,which can be solved by man-machine dialog arithmetic.(2) Based on water resource arrangement result of Yererqiang river basin with the different Aertashi reservoir parameters, considered water conservancy, kinetic energy, investment index, Aertashi hydro-project development plan is recommended, and its characteristic warer level is optimal chosen with projection pursuit and improved TOPSIS method.(3) The water resource arrangement result of Yeerqiang river basin is calculated before or after building Aertashi reservoir considering of water conservancy and kinetic energy index. The conclusion is that the building of Aertashi hydro-project can enhance the irrigation guaranteed efficiency in Yeerqiang river basin, and increase ecological water supply 0.79 billon cubic meters; save water resource 1.23 billon cubic meters mean annual; increase energy power of north-south... |
