The Research On Mould-parting Technology Of Blade Unit Investment Casting Mould Basing On Knowledge Reasoning

The design of investment casting mould to blade unit is the keg-technologies of manufacturing aerongine core part, guiding device using dividually designed investment casting mould. Because of the miscellaneity indesign, it is with low level of automation to design the mould with mormal software, affecting the period of aeroengine manufacture seriously.The structural characters of blade unit and blade investment casting mould is analysed, the design experience knowledge from experts of achieving mould-parting surface, mould box and assistant mechanism is summarized. The CAD software prototype for blade investment casting mould to guiding device is developed in the means of knowledge reaoning and parameterized modifying, based on UG & VC++.Blade investment casting mould to guiding device is researched on knowledge reasoning and experience summarizing in this paper. The key technologies about CAD software of blde investment casting mould to guiding device are presented in this paper as below.1. Summarizing blade design experience and based on blade structural character, demoulding directions are determined in the blade investment casting. The parting line of blade unit is obtained by knowledge reasoning algorithms. Consequently, parting face of blde investment casting mould is generated.2. Based on parting face and splitting experience, the splitted method is studied in the blade investment casting mould box. As the result, functional loose pieces of blade casting mould cavity are generated automatically.3. Backplane, cover plate, demoulding mechanism of investment casting mould are generated by experience knowledge reasoning, then modify the parameter of the features in order to achieve the blade investment casting mould, according to strcture dimension of mould cavity.4. Feature information model of investment casting mould to blade unit and interactive manipulation-interface is presented.
