The Implementation And Integration On CAD System Of Guide-devices Investment Casting Mould In Fission Design Method

The key to the investment casting of guide devices used in aero-engine is molding the wax by the investment casting mould in fission method, but unit segmentation and the mould design are becoming the bottleneck of the product.The thesis is focusing on the designing process of investment casting mould of the guide device and the conclusion deriving from the investigation and developement on the unit moulds, to form a better prototype system by applying the theory of system integration and interface, to make the whole system systematized, in order to improve the design efficiency of the investment casting moulds of the guide device.The thesis set the investment casting moulds of guide device designed in fission as the research object, combining with the designing process, the research of the optimization and integration of the CAD system have been done as below:· According to the characteristic of the investment casting moulds of guide device designed in fission, to summarize the features of various guide devices, abstract the commonness of the partition rules, accomplish the summary of partition knowledge, and achieve the function to the auto-partition of the mould cavity.· Aiming at the designing shortcoming of the module which can executive the function of only one inner-ring mould of guide device, which has been already developed, analyze and optimize the module, abstract the designing deductive theory of inner-ring mould and the expressional regulation from the expertise in order to expand it to the application extent and enhance the universality of the module.· Integrate and encapsulate the modules of the inner and outer ring moulds, the blade moulds and modular fixture which have developed to better improved the whole system.
