Reaserch On MC Tool Product Oriented Advanced Quality Planning And Test Method

As market requirements become increasingly specific, Mass Customization (MC) has been an important production pattern of domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises especially in tool industry. Mass Customization enables companies to achieve high efficiency meanwhile demand for high quality control capability. However, domestic enterprises just perform quality control by process control and after check without programmed quality planning before production. Main problems are: 1. similar process knowledge is difficult to reuse for control plan generating; 2. batch to batch variations are remarkably but not measured in production and process validation period.
