During the past thirty years, merchant market has been greatly changing. Homogeneous Market collapses and shifts into Heterogeneous Market, making mass-production based on homogeneous market unable to survive in new environments. New techniques, especially Computer Techniques and Numerical-Control Techniques offered important support to the new coming mode. Manufacture industry began to utilize new manufacture techniques according to new economy logic, which was later identified as Mass-Customization by economists. These changes in manufacture called for according changes of design.Design witnessed great changes as response to new technique and economy environments of mass-customization, such as Digitalization techniques, 3D techniques, and collateral techniques.Architecture is based on manufacture industry, and design is one of its most important tasks. So the changes of economy environments and techniques will surely get response from architecture. After shifting to Digital 3D Techniques, architects began to apply collateral techniques in the process of architectural design. All these lead to stronger compositivity of architecture and industry systems. The process of Compositivity triggers more changes in architecture. The first one is the way architects work, which gives new meanings to architects' roles. Compositivity gives architects more ideas and methods, and new concept of architecture.Compositivity also means risk, which is the so-called limit. These limits result from the physiology and psychology limitations of human architects, from limitations of computers, and from the copositive system itself. They all set in advance the barrier to compositivity and its functions.
