In recent years, With China's sustained and rapid economic development , infrastructure investment is increasing intensity, and the construction scale is expanding quickly , competition in the market of construction is more intense, also stir up a series of problems, as well as show steady escalation of engineering corruption.Based on the analysis of the causes of corruption in the project, construction-related hazards, as well as China's laws and regulations on the basis that Theory of construction-related fields such as: Introduction to construction, construction procedures and project management. bidding for a systematic analysis of activities, but also to China and the United States, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong and other countries and regions, the project management system for the comparative analysis and research , also put forward a reform projects related to the opinions and suggestions for China. The core part of the article lies in the research of the evaluation system of transparency in the management of construction projects. First, the construction of the project management system for the application of the preliminary exposition and the relevant theoretical approach, which focuses on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Principles and Applications of steps. Next, transparency in the management of the construction of the corresponding evaluation, including an assessment of the scope, contents, evaluation of the organization and its significance, and the analytic hierarchy process to establish transparency in the management of the project evaluation system. Established through the establishment of various indicators to judge the weight coefficient matrix, and the corresponding...
