Study On The System Of Bidding-evaluating In The Highway Engineering

In recently years, there so many large scale road construction projects are carrying out in China. Invite public bidding, it has the benefit of open, fair and optimization to select contractor which could make engineering quality assurance, lower the project cost and increase the cost-effective. Therefore, this is significant issue to find out a reasonable and easy conducting methodology for bidding-evaluating of highway engineering.This thesis introduces the progress of Engineering Project Bidding and Tendering Evaluation System and analyzes the current status of bidding and tendering management system in road construction industry in China. This paper points out the existing problem which occurred in road construction project bidding and tendering management and bidding evaluation system, and brings up the new proposal of bidding evaluation index guideline in road construction project. In the paper, the function power index is determinate by using analytic hierarchy method .And basing on value engineering ,the mode of road construction project bidding and tendering system is built. Besides, it has a comprehensive demonstration to prove the case study.The study of thesis points out the method for bidding-evaluating of highway engineering should have developed to scientificity, manipulative and easy conducting. It has the reference value to implement our highway engineering bidding and tendering system.
