The rapidly developed society and technology has brought high quality life to us human beings, but the pressure we should endure is increasing with the society modification which is full with complexity and tension. People need to adjust and relax the nerve and the cerebra.According to the Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion theory, stimulation at different acupuncture point of the human brain can have the specific treatment function. The traditional electricity stimulation treating the lunacy disease such as Insomnia often use the method which stimulates body with the pulse, achieving the treatment goal through changing pulse form and the range . through biomedicine electronics theory we know that EEG is different at different spot of the human brain , and EEG is different between patient and normal person. the Pulse form usually is divide into the continuous wave, the bunch of shape wave and the dilatational wave in traditional electricity stimulation treatment .These pulse and EEG is completely different . This topic plans to simulate pecific acupuncture point with the signal of EEG frequency band , induce unusual EEG to normal, then achieves the treatment effect.Cooperate with Tianjin herbalist institute, we develops a therapentic instrument stimulating with EEG. Choosing the normal EEG as the stimulation source, the research combines the theory of the herbalist acupuncture, selects the proper points and simulates with the EEG .This paper introduces the knowledge of EEG and wavelet-analysis, then explains how to dispose the noises and filter the EEG signal, and wipe off the pseudo signal disturb such as EOG with matlab, and then, analyze this EEG with wavelet, choose the special frequency band EEG signal and transform the EEG singnal from digital signals to analog signals . then enlarge the signal to the irritability intensity of the human body. Finally stimulates the human body with the analog signals.Finally, Observate the signal after DA transformation and the enlargement signal with a oscillograph . we can conclute that the instrument can produce the multi- frequency bands brain electrical signal this topic wants and have the irritability intensity to the human body.
