The Research And Development Of CAD/CAM System Of Harmonic Reducer Based On Pro/Toolkit

Standardization and series are the character of design and manufacture of harmonic reducer. The development of parametric CAD/CAM software, based on general software of three-dimensional design and manufacture, can avoid repetition, increase efficiency of design and manufacture and shorten the period of product design and manufacture.The CAD/CAM system of harmonic reducer has been developed with the use of Pro/Toolkit, after the introduction of situation of domestic CAD/CAM system. First of all, through the introduction of structure, theory, domestic and overseas development of harmonic reducer, mathematic model of key parts of harmonic reducer is established. Secondly, the CAD system of harmonic reducer, based on character, entire dimension restriction, parametric drive and relative data, is set up on the base of the introduction of Pro/Toolkit. Finally, the CAM system of harmonic reducer is established through the use of Pro/Toolkit and Pro/NC function, and machine tool, manufacture model settings, NC manufacture track and simulation come true.
