Distribution transformer is the most widely used power equipment in China.With the upgrading of the grid,there is surged demand for energy-efficient distribution transformers.At the same time,Distribution transformer production companies will face opportunities and challenges.The company will face the danger of being out of the market who has smaller industry and relatively backward of technology if they do not upgrade their technology.Computer-aided design(CAD)has a positive meaning in improving transformer production level.This paper discusses the three-dimensional CAD software supporting oil-immersed distribution transformer design work.The system is made by Visual Studio 2010 integrated development environment and Creo Parametric TOOLKIT development tools.Firstly,this paper studies the engineering calculation method of oil-immersed distribution transformer.On this basis,it discusses the program structure of transformer optimization calculation based on cyclic traversal algorithm.The design of the CAD system of the transformer is studied by the theory of software engineering.The parametric design method,the secondary development technology of Creo Parametric TOOLKIT and the database technology are discussed when the key technology of the system development is researched.Lay the foundation for the follow-up development.Secondly,based on the research of Creo feature creation technology,the Creo feature library in the secondary development program is created in the form of C++ class.The feature library can complete the creation,modification and addition of the features.On this basis,Parametric modeling system is achieving the parameters of the main parts of the transformer size driven.Based on the study of Creo virtual assembly technology,the application scenario of virtual assembly technology in transformer structural design is discussed.The semi-automatic assembling method is used to solve the assembly problem of transformer standard parts.The idea of fully automatic assembly is used to solve the problem of transformer Assembly between fixed structures.Finally,using a 10 KV oil-immersed distribution transformer as an example to demonstrate the working flow of the system,from electromagnetic optimization design to core clamp modeling,and finally complete the core assembly,proving that the system can be fast and accurate complete various stages of the transformer design. |
