City renewal is one of the main themes in the course of city development, which is important issues and has a multi-faceted influence on the construction of urban, the formulation of policy, the theory of development and the implementation of construction at different levels. Along with rapid economic development, many cities are facing material aging, and functional structure of the recession, which have also carried out all-round social changes. In this basis, the material space, and modern human space have been changing, and corresponding to the integration of public space patterns and characteristics of the space environment, which need the careful treatment in the process of renewal in many cities.In the interpretation of city, public space is the most important and most complex concept, one that is more systematic manner to revealed social evolution, size and direction.
