The high-speed data acquisition and real-time processing are the important constitutes of the laser defending system fitting for automobile, which can capture and detect quickly the lidar's echo and process in time.According to the actual circumstance the paper analyzes the principle of measuring distance and velocity for lidar and puts forward the parameter request to the system of the high-speed data acquisition and real-time processing at first. Aiming at the characteristics of laser narrow, capturing difficulty and the high real time, a design method is introduced with high-speed ADC+FPGA+DSP for data acquisition and real-time processing. In the design, the main function of the ADC is to convert quickly analog signal to digital signal and the DSP takes charge of processing signals acquired in time. The FPGA concentrates the timing control circuit, the buffer FIFO and dispersive component into an independent circuit block, which can not only reduce print area, but also advance reliability analysis of the system. It is suitable for minitype high-speed data acquisition system.With regard to hardware design, the paper discusses the circuit of the analog-to-digital converting, the buffer and control circuit based on FPGA (field programmable gate arrays), the DSP (digital signal processor) circuit and so on in detail. Furthermore, it details the key parts in each circuit module. This design is proved to be right according to experimental result, which is simplified, reliable and real-time. It has the 200MHz sampling rate, 8 bits vertical resolution and 2M×32bits off-chip memory with realizing several kinds of trigger mode such as instantaneous triggering Post-trigger or Pre-trigger and software trigger.On part signal processing, it expounds the application of smooth filter and FIR filter and gives the chart of every programmable part. Then it studies the second-order cancellation, CFAR (constant false alarm ratio) and accumulation processing in depth with simulation based on MATLAB.
