This text analyses the current intelligent house product, and shows the bottleneck of intelligent house is the high price, which is not acceptable for the most of middle classes. Also, the system setting is too complex, and the conception of energy saving is regarded recently. So this text designs a new house saving energy controller to resolve the problem mentioned above.To establish a house saving energy system, this text first analyses several net structures, and chooses power line as the correspondence medium, and also uses DTMF coding mode. The main reason to choose this mode is declining the cost. One side this mode is suitable to second change to house, the other side this mode is reliable. Beside this text gives the hardware structure, software flow chart and how to make sure the reliability.Second this text designs time serial prediction arithmetic, to reduce the complexity of system setting and save energy. Usually the usage of electrical device is well-regulated, so if controller can predict the rule how to use the device, controller will setting the parameter itself. The advantage is reducing system setting work and achieving the aim of saving energy by predictive control.Finally this text introduces the basic thought of time serial prediction, to realize saving energy control. Combining applying background of intelligent house, this text shows process of establishing AR model, estimating of model parameter and reasonable simplification of actual application. This text also gives the flow chart of time serial prediction and emulation analysis.
