With the updating and development of technology and science. Electric device become more and more popular in our daily lives. It has become the focus of attention in how to manage electrical equipment systematically and regionally, the normal operation of equipment and power consumption relate to the user's life and property security interests directly, So how to monitoring and management the system nodes of all electrical equipment is especially meaningful.With electrical equipment's work environment, laboratory as a system design and testing environment, developed a set of management system for electrical equipment based on power line carrier communication. The system used C/S architecture lumped management system, it has a good interactive interface, high-cost-effective communications transfer mode and reliable system stability.Based on introducing the theory of the monitoring system and the system requirements analysis, the design method was given first in the paper. The system contains four node modules:sensor monitoring module, primary controller module, three-phase router module, PC management module. The paper introduces each node's design method, theory and performance analysis.The paper's feature is that to improve the self-organizing network of distributed DV (Distance Vector) algorithm (to find the optimal path algorithm from the source to a destination point), and applied it to the power line carrier communication routing algorithm. It allows the router to extend the communication distance in the relay mode and communications to choose the most reliable transmission path in the routing mode, so solve two complexity major technical problems:the short-distance power line and communication channel noise. Paper focuses on the working principle of the routing algorithm, combined with theoretical analysis of network topology, described its communication protocols and routing table updates principle.Linear distribution in the node test platform, the system can be stable for the correct test data, according to the results from the obtained data, each module is designed to meet the expectations.
