The Container Crane Training Simulator for the purpose to training, is a high-tech product integrating virtual relity technology, computer simulation technology and communication technology. Nowadays, there have not forming products for teminal training. But once applying in actual production, the efficiency it brings will be uncountable.The main research contents and work of this paper include:According to the wire rope's traction system of trolley drive arrangement, anlysis and simplify the winding way, while eliminating the wire rope's deflection traction problems by reasonable assumptions. After that, build up the dynamic analysis to the new simplified model, from the initial static to the uniform shape.Taking the example of elctronic motor of main hoist arrangement, explain the best chioce of the elctronic motor is the three-phase induction motor according to the operating conditions; Besides, to improve the operation efficiency, induction motor's rapid response becomes important, which will be attached by inverter's participation. So we continue to study the VVVF Principle of inverter.Taking the transmission of main hoist arrangement as the study object, simplify the wire rope's winding way by the assumption of that the transmission in trolly totally. After that, under the condition of neglecting the wire rop's flexibility, built up the wire rop-load modle and the elctronic motor-drum modle, which is separated by the drum. Under the condition of knowing trolly's relation datas, the wire rop-load modle taking its load as the study object, using D'Alembert's Principle and Hybrid method, solves out the mathematical expression of wire rop's traction while settig the hiost speed; The elctronic motor-drum modle's build up is attracted to the elctronic motor's torque, and combines with the wire rop traction's role on drum, only pay attation to the coupling's flexibility and damping, which is between the elctronic motor and the reducer. The theory of transmission equation's establishment is in Project Vibration.The solution of the modle apply Gill Formula and Milne-Hamming Formula, and get the programming solution by C++ language. The results are conformed with the position of the load on wire rop, the wire rop's hoist speed and hoist acceleration, which change with time for the changements of electrical motor's torque. The above results can reflect the actual operation basically, so we can use them to simulate the load's movement.
