| With the economy globalization, harbor, as the multimodal hub, has become an important node of logistics Supply Chain. According to the foreign experiences, the flowing port transportation system and the modern transportation management are the significant ingredients for the subsistence, development, and competition of the port. Therefore, achieving port traffic planning has its crucial significance, because it can assist with planning the collecting and distributing system, assuring the production of port, and guiding the construction of port.This paper is based on the research of the management of container multimodal hub inside and outside. It focuses on the orientation made by our State Department that builds the new harbor district in Tianjin as the center of North transport and logistics. And it also takes the industry distribution of Tianjin port, the import and export quantities of the container in Tianjin port, the location of container Facilities, and collecting and distributing planning into consideration. The research emphases are as follows:(1) Under the management idea that port and town separation, passenger and freight separation, it claims to confirm and rearrange the transportation network of container collecting and distributing system.(2) It analyzes the current situation of the inside and outside port transportation collecting and distributing system systematically. It claims to emphasize the planning of container multimodal hub transportation network, and to coordinate the different participants' container multimodal transportation, which are the main problems of the management of container multimodal transportation.(3) This paper analyzes the locating situation of container freight depot. Furthermore, it constructs the location model of container freight depot, which may optimize the depot location. |
