| Comprehensive transportation hub is an important place for providing transportation services for passengers.It is one of the urban transportation infrastructures and plays a vital role in connecting the traffic of the city.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the scale and the continuous improvement of functions of comprehensive transportation hubs,the contradiction between the rapid growth of collecting and distributing demand and the relatively lagging road infrastructure construction has become increasingly prominent.Among them,the collecting and distributing road network is an important part of the comprehensive transportation hub connecting the urban road network,and it is the key link to determine whether the traffic flow can be smoothly collected and distributed.Therefore,how to effectively utilize the coordinated capacity of the collecting and distributing road network and improve the collecting and distributing efficiency of the road network has become a major problem for traffic managers.Dalian North Railway Station comprehensive transportation hub started construction on October 28,2017 and it’s scheduled to be completed in 2021.After the completion,Dalian North Railway Station comprehensive transportation hub will attract a large number of traffic flow,and its collecting and distributing demand will also be increased.At this time,the distribution road network will become the key link to determine whether the traffic flow of Dalian North Railway Station comprehensive transportation hub can be smoothly collected and distributed.Therefore,this paper studies the coordination of the capacity of Dalian North Railway Station comprehensive transportation hub’s collecting and distributing network,and provides theoretical support for the smoothly collection and distribution of the traffic flows.It also has an important practical significance for improving the operation level and efficiency of the Dalian North Station comprehensive transportation hub.In this paper,the following research is carried out on the coordination of the capacity of Dalian North Railway Station’s collecting and distributing road network.(1)Combined with the domestic and foreign research status,the basic theories of integrated transportation hubs and collecting and distributing road networks are expounded.Including the connotation of comprehensive transportation hub,the composition of the transportation mode,the collecting and distributing system and the concept of the collecting and distributing road network,the boundary setting,the structure characteristics and the connection and distinction with the urban transportation system.Combined with the above analysis,the meaning of the coordination of the capacity of the collecting and distributing road network is expounded.(2)The collecting and distributing road network of Dalian North Railway Station comprehensive transportation hub is analyzed.Including the general situation of Dalian North Station comprehensive transportation hub,the structure of the collecting and distributing road network,traffic flows and its capacity.Combined with the above analysis,the possible problems of the collecting and distributing road network of Dalian North Railway Station comprehensive transportation hub are discussed.(3)The traffic volume of the collecting and distributing road network of Dalian North Railway Station comprehensive transportation hub is forecasted.he traffic forecasting method of the comprehensive transportation hub is determined.Appropriate forecasting methods for forecasting the aggregated traffic volume and cross-border traffic volume also are selected.(4)The capacity of the collecting and distributing road network of Dalian North Railway Station comprehensive transportation hub is analyzed.Based on the collapse path theory,the collapse path model of the collecting and distributing road network is established,and the parameters are set by the distribution data of traffic flow.Finally,the capacity of the collecting and distributing road network is analyzed according to the collapse path.The research shows that the collapse path model has good feasibility for the analysis of the capacity of the collecting and distributing road network.(5)The coordination of capacity of the collecting and distributing road network of Dalian North Railway Station comprehensive transportation hub is optimized.Based on the traffic guidance model,the optimization idea of the collecting and distributing road network is determined,and the traffic guidance model based on the corrected travel time of the path is established.And the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.The result of the reduction of the number of collapse paths and the decrease of the saturation of the collapse path after the coordinated optimization of the collecting and distributing road network of Dalian North Railway Station comprehensive transportation hub indicates that the traffic guidance model has good practicability for the coordinated optimization of the collecting and distributing road network. |
