Epoxy Asphalt binder is an important part of Epoxy Asphalt pavement for steel bridge deck. The propertity of it impacts on the performance of Epoxy Asphalt concrete. But nowadays in China, the mixing machines of Epoxy Asphalt binder for steel bridge deck pavement are all imported from America at a price, and the mechanical failure rate is high. In construction, the high mechanical failure rate delays the time limit for a project and causes the waste of material and manpower. So it is a matter of theoretical and practical significance to study on localization of mixing machine of Epoxy Asphalt binder for steel bridge deck pavement.Basing on the research of Epoxy Asphalt pavement for steel bridge deck, firstly this paper takes analysis of the mixing technic and the technological process, and brings forward the parameters of the homemade mixing machine. Secondly according to the heavy demands of the batch control, the flow control, the heating and the heat preservation, the control scheme of mechatronical system are made and the parameters are calculated in the filed of hydromechanics, electrics, dynamics and thermodynamics. Finally the components made in china are selected and the design scheme of the homemade mixing machine is decided. This dissertation gives emphasis to the batch control, the flow control, the heating and the heat preservation.With the optimization design of the mixing machine system, the ratio of flux ranges from 1:1 to1:10 by changing the rate of motors that driver pumps. The machine not only can mixes Epoxy Asphalt binder made in America but also can mixes Epoxy Asphalt binder made in China ,which developed by Southeast University is going to be applied .
