The Intelligent Standardization Inspection Systems Of The Transmission Line

Combined with the operational requirements of the transmission line inspection, the design flow and function of every module in inspection management system for the transmission lines are brought out. Based on the Global Positioning System GPS, PDA (on palm computer) and embedded computer technology, a intelligent standardization inspection systems of the transmission line is developed in this paper. This system adopts the client/server network framework. The software applies Microsoft C#.NET development technology and the popular PDA programming technology such as Sybase UltraLite mobile database, and melts into State Grid Corporation standardization work instruction book, the transmission line inspection and the line inspection management realized real-time and direct-viewing, achieved the real-time, the information, the standardization, the normalization, the flow and no paperless management in inspection work. In this paper, the intelligent standardization inspection system in transmission line is applied successfully in the 110kV and above voltage lines of 28 in Heze Power Supply Company, it improves the safety and quality of operations of the transmission line inspection work, fills the line inspect information management blank, and has the remarkable society and economic benefit.
