Along with the development of economy and advance of technology in our country, urban construction has been changing with each passing day, the function of fire control examination is become more and more important in construction design of fire control, Therefore, it is a noteworthy topic that how to work better on the fire control examination in order to protect economic development.The thesis firstly introduced aspects of the fire control in our country and the current contents, ways and foundations of construction fire control examination system, at same time; it brought forward the actual problems when a project is examined. The writer also thought that the emendation of national standard was lagged the speed of the social development, and point out the limitations of current national standard when it was used on large-scale and difficulty project design. Secondly, the writer refers to the theory of performance-based fire safety design, expatiated the origin, development and significance of this theory. Finally, the writer took the reconstruction project of Rujia Hotel in Tinajin Economy Development Area as an exemplification, applied the theory of performance-based fire Safety Design to finished fire control examination, and testified effect of this theory, gave it a high comment.The place of the creativity of the thesis, is that with the creative thinking and scientific development view for guide and according to Marxist dialectic epistemology, the writer sum up the current experiences and utilized international advanced fire control examination theories, breached the old construction fire control examination system, combined"the expert argumentation"with"performance- based fire safety design", put forward a new method with Chinese characteristics. From the point of view of the writer, this new method contained constructive and active meaning to construction fire control examination.
