| The technology of prestressed is applied to counteracting the tensile of the concrete element borne in working by pre-stressing the tensile areas of the concrete elements, and utilizing the tensile strength of steels adequately. This technology has the advantages of increasing the anti-creak strength, rigidity and durability of the concrete , saving steels and reducing the dead weight of the elements.The prestressed concrete has been using since the 20s of the 20th century, then been applied and disseminated from 50s of the 20thcentury in our country. At present, the prestressed structure has been an engineering structure with the most advanced technology, the widely uses, the highest strength and the best developing prospects, which is widely used in the industrial and civil buildings, bridges and every kind of large-scale structures. The prestressed concrete requires high-strength steel, high-strength concrete and every specilized machine and tool, and the construction techniques is more complex than the ordinary one, and there are still many questions to be researched deeply.This thesis firstly introduce the basic concept , developing process and the application of the prestressed concrete in our country, the developing direction of the prestressed concrete technology, then introduce the requirements of the concrete steels, construction machines and tools during the applying of prestressed concrete technology, and the basic theory of the prestressed concrete construction.On the above basic, researches have been made on the complex prestressed technology applied in hebei book building, by analyzing the characteristics of its prestressed and the critical points of quality control during construction, summarizing its construction techniques and methods, quality control measures and the effect after completion. The successful experience and knowledge summarized from this will be some reference to the similar construction of prestressed concrete in the future.
