| This dissert is to study the analysis and controlling of risk in Jinbin light train investment, relative solution for this risks was recommended. The main comment is as follows:The WBS-RBS method was applied to identify the risk in construction period. WBS is work breakdown structure to divide the job in construction according to the relationship of jobs in construction. Firstly, WBS—RBS shows the total outlook of the object risk state and obeys to the systematic principle. Secondly, in the process of dividing jobs to decision tree, the relative weight of jobs is given to show importance degree. Thirdly, compared with other methods, this method this method is more detailed to escape some shortcomings of other methods. Here, the system is divided into civil engineering, rail engineering, signal engineering and power supply engineering. The importance of risk media was considered during risk estimate and risk assessment. The importance of every jobs was determined objectively which supplied valuable reference for final risk analysis. AHP method comparison matrix was used to calculate the weight of every jobs. The probability of risk loss, risk loss level and risk uncontrolling were applied in the risk degreefunction of construction period. Fuzzy assessment method was used to estimate risk. Furthermore, the risk degree was estimate through risk quantity.According to comprehensive fuzzy assessment result of risk, the main risk was choosed to calculate the risk quantity. Using expert inquire and scinerios analysis methd to get data, according to understanding degree of personels and determination degree to risk judge, the relative weight was given. Finally, The risk response measures and executive scheme of this engineering was given and the good and bad relative matrix for the measure of risk reponse is given. The risk disposing scheme for first class jobs was given to show the main idea. The ideas , methods and tools of management in JinBin light railway engineering promote the plan and practice of project risk management and supply valuable reference for future similar project risk management. |
