Contemporary aircraft manufacturing is a systemic project, so it's necessary to make good cooperation among multi-enterprise to share fully their resources and experiences. The cooperation trend among design, manufacturing and management located in different area is inevitable for the development of the aviation industry in the future. But at present, the situation of the Aeronautical manufacturing in our country is that the location of institute is separated from factory and the business cooperation level is lower. The business of cooperation is mainly the data transfer on the network, not reaching the concurrent level. The business process is basically serial between design and manufacture, and efficiency is in low level. Therefore the primary goal of this research is to solve the problem related to cooperation in aircraft development. On the basis of analyzing the character of the business process between the institute and the factory, the cooperating platform, the method of process modeling, the process simulation for optimization as well as the new process control method are studied in this paper.Based on analyzing the situation of aeronautical manufacturing and the characters of business process and cooperation platform under the condition of informatization, process model with the control method is studied. Petri Nets is chosen as the modeling tool and the process model is established through this method. Time cycle is taken as the simulation parameter and the process is simulated and optimized according to the method of process analyse. At last a concurrent and cooperative business process is given. Baselines are set in the aircraft design, and the manufacture departments participate properly with different baselines to realize cooperation and concurrent.Process modeling is the basis of simulation and optimization. On the basis of extending basic Petri Nets, considering advanced Petri Nets theory and the character of business process, this paper promotes a business process model.This paper introduces the steps of process modeling based on advanced Petri Nets, taking institute and factory business process model defined above as base. Afterward, considering three points of model correctness namely Reachability, Conflict and Deadlockand with the advanced Petri Nets, this paper establish the business process model of institute and factory.
