A Study Of Quality Management In Tianjin Museum Construction Project

With the fast development of our country's economic construction,it spurs on the flourishing development of construction project .As the significant implementation main part of the project, construction & installation enterprises greets the development favourable circumstances. In order to grip this circumstances,the enterprises have to cause the administration of itself more scientific, still more norm.In our country,The quality of construction project does not only affect its applicability and the effect of large amount of investment,but also be closely linked with the security of people's life and their properties.Facing such a large amount of constructions,once there is any quality problem in the construction ,it will badly harm to the public's benefits and their securities.And so,the construction quality has been paid more and more attentions by the public.Based on investigation of the characteristics of Tianjin museum construction project,the situation of the quality management,as well as the competition situation and surviving environment of enterprises,the mordern theories and methods of the quality management were applied to search and analyze the problems existed in enterprises by means of combination of theory and practice.For the purpose of improving the product quality,optimizing the quality management and raising the economic efficiency of enterprises,some new idea,approaches and strategies were put forward in the respects of exploring and researching the problems of improving the validity of the quality management.The thesis is of 6 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduced the background and necessity of this study.
