focused on the over-long distance & over-heavy duty gate bridge stage loader, a complete and comprehensive set of design method and testing method is put forward after study and be put into practical product design and testing in this article.It points out that equipment matching is the important issue that should be solved in bridge stage loader design and it present the design calculation method for determining critical technical parameters and reasonable structure type. Based on the product development, design and manufacture, the corresponding testing methods are also put forward in this article. Through whole equipment trial running aground, the practical matching relationship between bridge stage loader and other equipment is studied, product's structure property is probed, existing problems are analyzed and theoretical analysis and design results are verified. Through theoretical research, design & manufacture and trial running analysis, a theoretical foundation to develop and manufacture bridge stage loader that can satisfy the specific working requirements of coalface is set up.
