In order to meet the new demand for loaders in the domestic and foreign markets,especially the translational and automatic leveling requirements of the working device at high unloading heights,the reversing six-bar linkage mechanism can no longer meet the above requirements,so the design is reversed The eight-link working device meets the new requirements of the loader.First introduce the ten working conditions of the loader,explain the working route and shovel loading method of the loader,comprehensively consider the type,shape and looseness of the material,calculate the shovel resistance and excavation resistance of the loader,and obtain a more accurate calculation As a result,the force analysis of the working device boom,rocker arm and bucket was carried out to determine the parameters of the reversing eight-bar linkage working device.Analyze the structure of the working device,design the reversing eight-bar linkage mechanism of the working device,use the Solid Works software to build the working device model,use Adams for simulation analysis,and view the simulation results to verify that the reversal eight-bar linkage work device can meet translational performance,Automatic leveling and unloading height requirements to verify the correctness of the force analysis.Use Workbench software to perform stress analysis on the boom,check its stress and deformation,optimize the topology of the boom,re-improve the boom structure,reduce the total mass of the boom by 15.6%,and then perform stress analysis on the model to verify that it meets the strength requirements.Use the optimization design module of the Workbench software to carry out the response surface optimization experimental design of the boom,and calculate the response surface optimization experimental design with the least squares method optimization algorithm,and obtain the optimal solution combination between the three sets of design variables and the optimization goal.The result is a reduction of 5.8% in mass and 4.2% in stress compared with the structure after topology optimization.The lightweight design and optimized design of the boom are realized,and the mode shape is checked to ensure that resonance does not occur.This paper first determines the design parameters of the working device,designs the loader reverse eight-bar linkage mechanism,and then optimizes the topology and response surface design of the working device boom to achieve the design optimization goal of the loader reverse eight-bar linkage mechanism,which is the next step The research on new working devices of loaders lays the foundation and has strong application value.
