| Engine vibration is harmful to the ride comfort of vehicle,and its characteristic is wide frequency and multi-actuators. Traditionally passive mount can't meet the demand of isolation. In order to expand the effective range of mount and make the performance of mount vary follow the condition of different frequency. The paper adopts an Electro-Rheological(ER) mount, whose damp is adjustable, prosecutes semi-active control.Based on the research of our group,the paper researched ER and ER mount in detail. It included the mechanism, characteristic, experiment of ER and the construct,model analysis of ER mount.The paper made use of fuzzy control and established a semi-active control for engine vibration isolation.It established the control model for active engine vibration isolation and passive engine vibration isolation.It included the physical model and mathematic model.The velocity and acceleration of engine vibration as inputs of fuzzy control.The controllable force of ER mount as output.The velocity of engine vibration Run to 'zero' as control goal.To the control model,it used Matlab/Simulink software to simulation and analysis. Including active engine vibration isolation and passive engine vibration isolation, under the condition of different frequency. Comparing the semi-active control system with the passive system.The results show that the semi-active control is more effective than the passive system,and makes a progress in engine vibration isolation and noise reducing.Especially in the range of low frequency.By the experiment of engine vibration to validate the passive system.By the simulation and experiment,it confirms the passive system is accurate in a certain extent.The system reflects the condition of engine vibration.The fuzzy semi-active control has a good effect.It makes the engine vibration isolation in optimal condition.This has great significance for improving engine vibration. |
