The high-speed rail technology has developed rapidly in China,which has the longest operating mileages and the largest railway system in the world.According to the Medium and Long Term Railway Network Plan,China's target of railway mileage is to reach to more than 120 000 km by 2020.With the development of China's high-speed train technology,the operating environment is becoming worse,which will increase the wheel-rail force of train and the vibration of its components.In order to improve the ride comfort of train operation,the suspension system is necessary,especially the the secondary suspension system,semi-active control is a kind of suspension control method with good effect and low energy consumption,which has get more and more attention of researchers.A new fuzzy control strategy of secondary suspension system in high-speed EMU is proposed in this paper.The effect of the control strategy on the ride comfort,lateral stability and safety of the EMU are researched,and other control strategies are applied to verify the effective of the new method.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A model of 380 km high-speed EMU based on multi-body dynamics is built,where the nonlinear characteristics of the suspension system and the geometrical nonlinear characteristics of the wheel-rail profile are considered.The pre-load analysis is carried out to verified this model.(2)On the basis of traditional fuzzy control,a new fuzzy control strategy based on the acceleration variable is proposed for high-speed EMU.Compared with the traditional fuzzy control,the control strategy is more simple and easier.(3)Based on the ADAMS-Matlab co-simulation method,the semi-active fuzzy control system of high speed EMU is built.With the method of numerical simulation,the effect of the new method on the system dynamic performance is studied,which results are compared with the passive control and sky-hook control.The result shows that the new fuzzy control method can improve the ride comfort and lateral stability of the train,when the safety of train is checked.The results of this study provide a basis for improving the ride comfort of EMU and ensuring the safe and lateral stability of trains,and which have a certain value of theory and application.
